How do I use ThePeak24 facility?

Sign-up for one of our monthly memberships or lease a private office.

Can I tour your facility?

Yes, we will gladly give you a tour.  Call us to schedule!

Can I use the facility without signing-up for a membership?

Yes, you may call to request availability for a one-time 1-day pass. 

Do I need to bring my own furniture?

No need to take on the added expense of furniture. You bring your business, and we will provide furnished space. 

Do I pay utilities?

You bring your business, and we handle the utilities. 

How do I access the building?

Each member will be provided a key fob or card for access.

Am I restricted to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. access to the office?

No, we have plans that allow 24-hour access. 

What if I lose my fob/card?

Notify us immediately and we will deactivate your lost fob/card and reissue you another.

Is there a cost for a replacement fob/card?

There is no cost for a damaged fob/card.  There is a small cost for a lost fob/card.

Can I get a mail address with my membership?

Yes, you can sign-up for a mail address for a monthly cost.

Do you offer wireless printing?

Yes, we offer wireless printing at a competitive price.

Can I bring my own printer?

Yes, please feel free to bring your own printer.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes. If you need to cancel, we ask for a 30-day advance notice of your intent to cancel.

EVENT SPACE

If I do not have a membership/private office, can I rent event space? 

Yes, call us today to reserve your space!

Is there a minimum reservation time? 

Yes, we rent space for a minimum of 2-hours!

Can I select my own caterer if I utilize the event space?

Yes! Your caterer will be responsible for all clean-up and trash removal. 

What is the maximum capacity for your event spaces?

The Forest Conference Room can comfortably seat 8.
The Rainforest Training Room can accommodate up to 60 people seated at tables and 75 classroom style. 

Do you provide tablecloths for event space? 

Yes, we rent tablecloths. 

Do you have a projector?

We have a rolling TV that you may use for your event.  We also have a 70 inch Sharp Aquos Board Interactive Whiteboard, that is available to rent if you lease the The Rainforest Training Room.
